Excellent long term stable fry colours.

Peeling:

Oval shape, bold tubers, very bright attractive skin, more uniformly sized than Maris Piper. Resistant to damage.

Agria is a high yield maincrop variety. This is a very versatile potato with excellent flavour. Its dry matter content is high, giving it a firm cooking quality.

Appearance:

Cream / Yellow skin. Deep yellow flesh.

Fry Colour:

Yellow. There is no cooking discolouration.

Peeling:

Oval – long shape potato, clean peel with shallow depth of eyes.
